We have compiled some information to help you better understand our shipping rates and procedures.
Please keep in mind as you read this page that shipping options, rates, and delivery times can vary
depending on customer location, and number and size of items ordered. For international shipping rates, please contact us for a quote.
 UPS is our preferred carrier that offers both speed and reliability. The UPS service includes brokerage & tracking visibility. Please note that the consignee is responsible for duties and taxes.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not offer full tracking visibility and orders may be delayed without warning or notification.

Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, re-routes to another address (your work or friends house etc.) will result in a service charge.
UPS and FedEx address corrections are $11.00. They charge us, so we will have no choice but to
charge you. To avoid any correction charges please double check your address before you submit your order.
