dragonplate ships via ups We have compiled some information to help you better understand our shipping rates and procedures. Please keep in mind as you read this page that shipping options, rates, and delivery times can vary depending on customer location, and number and size of items ordered. UPS is our preferred carrier, offering both speed and reliability. The UPS service offers free tracking visibility.

In some cases, actual shipping costs may differ from the estimate at checkout. If so, we'll contact you before your order ships.

Processing & Lead Times

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Some products are built to order and require additional lead time. Where known, estimated lead times are noted on the product page. If no lead time is listed, it will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement. Need an estimate before ordering? Any orders received after 12:00 pm ET will be considered as received the next business day.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

The table below shows the estimated total delivery time by shipping method.
Total time = processing time + delivery time.

Shipping Rates & Surcharges

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on package weight and dimensions. Additional charges may apply for:

Multiple packages
Oversized packaging
Overweight packaging
Brokerage fees, duties, or taxes

Please note that the consignee is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, or taxes.

Oversized and/or overweight packages will be shipped via freight carrier. We will contact you with a cost estimate.

Orders Over $500

Orders over $500 will be insured and require a signature from the carrier unless you opt out and accept responsibility for delivery. Insurance coverage cannot be waived.

Verify Your Shipping Address

Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, or reroutes to another address will result in a service charge. UPS and FedEx address corrections are $14.00. They charge us, so we will have no choice but to charge you. To avoid correction charges, please double-check your address before submitting your order.
