Quality Verification

Producing quality parts under strict controls and processes is only half of the picture. Each part must be verified for accuracy of measurements to meet tolerance specifications.

Our in-house full scale Zeiss CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) allows us to verify each and every measurement, providing tight process control and the availability of dimensional certifications if needed by the customer.

Use of the CMM allows us to monitor and solve any production issues before they become a problem. Through the use of this valuable tool we are able to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
