Shipping Info

We have compiled some information to help you better understand our shipping rates and procedures. Please keep in mind as you read this page that shipping options, rates, and delivery times can vary depending on customer location, and number and size of items ordered. UPS is our preferred carrier that offers both speed and reliability. The UPS service offers tracking visibility free of charge. Please note that the consignee is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties or taxes. 

We do our best to automatically determine the cost of your shipping, but reserve the right to alter the cost as needed.  If we do change the cost of shipping, we will contact you before your order ships.

DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, re-routes to another address (your work or friends house etc.) will result in a service charge. UPS and FedEx address corrections are $14.00. They charge us, so we will have no choice but to charge you. To avoid any correction charges please double check your address before you submit your order.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on package(s) weight and dimensions. Additional charges may apply for:

• Multiple Packaging
• Oversized Packaging
• Overweight Packaging
• Brokerage Fees, Duties or Taxes

PLEASE NOTE:

• Orders over $500 will require a signature from carrier unless you opt out and accept responsibility for delivery of package(s).
• Orders over $500 will also require insurance coverage that cannot be waived.
• Oversized and/or overweight packages will be shipped via freight carrier. We will contact you with cost estimate.

Example: Next Day Shipping will get your package to you the day after the processing is complete.
Any orders received after 12:00 pm ET will be considered as received the next business day.
