Made of multiple layers of rolled carbon fiber, these splices fit on the inside of our roll wrapped tubes using a structural adhesive (we recommend ScotchWeld 2216 epoxy adhesive). Each splice includes enough bond line control micro glass beads to ensure a proper bond fit. Splice length is 6".

 

These splices are not designed for slip-fit use. The splice must be bonded to both tubes with a structural adhesive for proper joint strength.
