EconomyPlate™ Divinycell 1" Foam Core is a carbon fiber sandwich sheet from DragonPlate that uses a 1-inch thick Divinycell H100 high-performance foam core. It features a 0°/90° orientation of carbon fiber face sheets on each side of the foam core, making it suitable for structural applications requiring high strength and low weight.
EconomyPlate™ Divinycell 1" Foam Core sheets are available in the following sizes: 6" x 6", 12" x 12", 12" x 24", 24" x 24", 24" x 48", 48" x 48", and 48" x 96". You can choose between two face sheet thickness options: 0.010" or 0.030". Both sides have a textured finish for optimal bonding to other surfaces.
Divinycell H100 is a medium-density structural foam known for its very high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent damage tolerance. Both sides of the EconomyPlate™ Divinycell 1" Foam Core sheets have a textured finish. This texture is designed to facilitate strong bonding to other surfaces during assembly or lamination.

EconomyPlate™ Divinycell carbon fiber sheets utilize a Divinycell H100 high performance foam core. This is a medium density structural foam with very high strength to weight ratio. With very large strength properties, this carbon fiber foam core laminate is an excellent choice for heavier duty applications where lighter density foams struggle. Divinycell H100 is also an excellent damage tolerant foam and is ideal for impact applications. The lay-up design is 0°/90° orientation of carbon fiber on each side of a 1" Divinycell foam core center. Two face sheet thickness options of .010" or .030" are available.
