This adhesive bonded rivetless nutplate eliminates the drilling of small diameter rivet holes required for the installation of traditional anchor nuts, improving structural integrity, reducing installation labor, and avoiding costly rework. Unlike alternative rivetless nutplates incorporating mechanical anti-rotation features, this nutplate does not require specialty tooling to install, nor does it create stress discontinuities in the structure or require removal of parent material.
