This carbon fiber sheet is designed for maximum tensile and bending stiffness about a single axis. 0 degree uni sheets are ideal for simply supported or cantilevered beam applications, as well as local reinforcement for other structures (for example, plastic or fiberglass substrates that are too weak in bending).

When ordering rectangular sizes, the 0 deg uni fibers will be oriented along the longer dimension. If you would like the fiber orientation to be along the shorter dimension, this request can be made at the time of order by calling or emailing us.

As for all of our carbon fiber laminates, we recommend preparing the surfaces by lightly sanding before bonding or painting.
