Add glass microspheres to epoxy to precisely control bond line thickness and improve joint uniformity.

What they do

• Create a consistent 0.007" bond line for reliable gap control
• Promote even epoxy dispersion and wet-out on surfaces
• Enable higher filler loading and smoother flow
• Improve dimensional stability and reduce shrinkage
• Enhance concentricity in tube-to-tube and tube-to–modular connector bonds

Recommended mix

• 1–5% by weight microspheres in the mixed epoxy

Material

• Solid soda-lime glass microspheres

• Precision bonding, especially where concentricity and dimensional accuracy matter (e.g., tubes and modular connectors)
