EconomyPlate Airex C70-40 .5" Foam Core Carbon Fiber Sheet - 24" x 48"

EconomyPlate carbon fiber sheets utilize a C70-40 Airex foam that is a unique closed cell, cross-linked polymer foam core. This is a lightweight structural foam that has good impact strength. While great for high strength applications which require a low panel weight, this is a carbon fiber foam core laminate that can resist crushing forces and supply an adequate mounting surface. The lay-up design is 0/90 orientation of carbon fiber on each side of a .5" Airex foam core center. Two face sheet thickness options of .010" or .030" are available. Face sheet finish is texture on both sides for bonding to other surfaces.
